The organizers of Problem C have revisited the contest results and identified an issue with the runtime statistics that led to an unintended bias in the score computation. To address this unfairness, the organizers have decided to revise the ranking for Problem C. As a result, the top two teams will be recognized as joint first place winners. Specifically, Team cadc1051 is upgraded from second place to co-first place, jointly ranked with Team cadc1001. The two teams demonstrated complementary strengths, achieving different trade-offs between solution quality and runtime efficiency. Below are the members of Team cadc1051.
